30 Days of beauty, Day 17 – Bold lips

I love a bold lip! It’s not something I wear very often as I don’t really like having to constantly touch my lipstick up, but a favourite lipstick/liner combo of mine has to be Rimmel kate lipstick in 110 with MAC cherry lip liner.

My favourite nude lip colours

I am a sucker for a nude lip, it’s something that I’ll always reach for as I don’t need to worry as much about touching up through-out the day/night!

Here are a few of my personal favourite nude shades:
Lip liners
MAC Stripdown
This is a browny nude and is perfect for the 90’s nude lips that are popular at the moment.

MAC Subculture
This is a browny nude but with more pink tones than the Stripdown.

MAC Dervish
This is one of my all time favourite lip liners (As you can see by the photo this needs replacing, I’m on my 3rd pencil!) this is perfect for every day use or for nights out. It has a purple/pink tone but is still very close to my natural lip colour.

NYX 810 Natural
This is another pinky nude shade, perfect for everyday use. The consistency is great and it has amazing lasting power!

Collection 2000 Nude pink
This is a lot more pink than the other liners I have mentioned, but still nude if applied correctly! The consistency is really creamy so easy to work with.

Barry M LL5
This is the first nude pencil I ever purchased! You need to be quite light handed to pass it off as a nude, but the consistency is great to work with and it’s very natural looking with a hint of brown.

Rimmel 018 Addiction
This has a great consistency, really smooth and creamy and goes on as a browny nude.

NYX 807 Cocoa
This is a brown shade but if used with a light hand can look great as a nude! I tend to use it just around the edges of my lips when I want them to look extra full!

NYX 819 Soft brown
This is very similar to the Nyx 810 Natural, with slightly more brown in it. Perfect for every day use!

Lipsticks
Sleek Matte Me – Birthday suit
This is a gloss that dries matte, once it has dried it can last all day!

Rimmel apocalypse – Nude eclipse
This is a peachy nude shade that’s a long lasting lip gloss.

Barry M – 154
This is probably my favourite nude lipstick – I’ll always mix it with a lip liner if I’m going out! Definite staple in my collection.

This is a great creamy nude shade, the consistency is really creamy and easy to work with – one of my go to products!
